W e own and operate natural gas gathering, treating, processing and transportation systems as well as trucking, rail and liquids marketing operations. We purchase and gather natural gas from the wellhead and deliver it to plants for treating and/or processing and to intrastate or interstate pipelines for transmission to wholesale customers such as power plants, industrial customers and local distribution companies.
